1.2. Bending test:
(Test after hot and cold impact and then test) 100,000 times at least @ 907g, 20 cycles/min (bending Angle: ±90°, rod diameter 30mm, no short circuit and external damage phenomenon)
1.3. Tensile test: 40LBS Min/1Minute, no circuit break, short circuit and external damage (Repeat test for 5 times for one sample)
1.4. Insulation impedance: 250V DC 10M0HM Min between conductors

1.10. Hot and cold shock: the sample is placed at -57℃ for 2h and then +80℃ for 2h, and then the conversion time is 15s and the cycle is continued for 24h. After the test, the bending test is carried out (5pcs need to be tested for shipment).
2. Test items of wire baking:
2.1. Stretching (5.5X) : After 6 cycles of hot and cold shock at -57℃~80℃ for 2 hours, restretching condition: 5.5X 300,000 times. Resistance change rate <1 ohm.
2.2. Stretch (3X) : stretch 3X, 70,000 times, resistance change rate does not exceed 10% of the initial value.5 minutes later, the length of the baking line will recover to less than 115%.
2.3. Torsion and pull: torsion and pull test >6000 times (more than 20,000 times required in the factory) resistance change rate <1 ohm.
2.4 Swing: -57℃~80℃ 2 hours after 6 cycles of hot and cold impact, lifting weight 907g, ±90 degrees frequency 20 times/minute > 100,000 times.
2.5. Traction: When the weight of the baking line is 250g, the original initial value is extended by 1.4~1.65 times
2.6. Ultimate tensile (6.5X) : Insulation impedance (500Mohms) 300V and connection resistance are recorded every 10000 times, and each core wire is tested separately. Determination: Connection resistance and initial T0 resistance difference greater than 1ohm NG. At least 100000 times.
2.7. Combustion test: (NFPA1802-8.9) Oven 915*915*1220mm medium preheat 95+/-2 degrees, 15 minutes after taking out, 20S internal combustion. The flame peak is 815~1150 degrees, and the time is 10s+1/4/-0. Remove the flame and extinguish it within 2.2S.
