Shaoxing Yiye Electronic Co., Ltd. is located in Shaoxing, which is in the central and northern part of Zhejiang Province and on the south bank of Hangzhou Bay. It is a cultural and ecological tourism city with Jiangnan characteristics, one of the first national historical and cultural cities, as well as a famous water town, bridge town, wine town and calligraphy town.
The company was founded in December 2018 with a registered capital of 30 million(RMB). Its predecessor Shaoxing Jiewo Wire Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2011. At present, it has more than 200 employees. which is mainly engaged in the production of automotive wire harness and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) wire. Moreover, it is also a high-tech enterprise by focusing on the integration of R&D, design, production, and sales.
The company now has the industry's leading glue workshop, wire workshop, wire harness workshop, intelligent warehouse, it also owns 10 domestic advanced wire production equipment , 8 automatic cutting and crimping machines ,4 semi-automatic cutting machines , 31 crimping machines, 6 lines and 12 testing equipment, which can achieve annual output value as high as 700 million (RMB).Meantime, with independent laboratory, the company can make test on high and low temperature, hot and cold shock, vibration, flame retardant, salt spray and so on ,together with the relevant test report; with the advanced SAP and MES scanning code system (one thing one code module), the company can effectively control procurement, warehousing, inspection, planning, production, testing, sales and other processes to realize automatic information collection completely. After the system was put into operation, the material entry and exit control is automated, quality control efficiency is improved, and inventory efficiency is improved, so as to all integrated data, to make the data really come into role, and optimize the overall structure and business process.
In line with the principles of professionalism, integrity, efficiency, meticulousness, flexibility and safety, the company operates in strict accordance with IATF16949 quality management system, 7S daily management system standard and CCC product quality certification, to provide customers with the best quality service.
