(1) Electrical performance: In terms of electric passenger vehicles, high-voltage cables mainly play the role of energy transmission, which needs to transfer battery energy to each subsystem. Therefore, mechanical protection and dustproof and waterproof design must be carried out for the high-voltage wiring harness of electric passenger vehicles. (4) Durability: High voltage wiring harness should have the performance of temperature resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance and cable scraping resistance, and have a large safety margin and connection life, to ensure that the vehicle can run reliably for a long time. In order to improve the service life and quality of the high voltage wiring harness, the connection between the high voltage cable and the high voltage connector should be strengthened, the connection between the high voltage connector should adopt a locking structure, and the wiring scheme should be optimized.
