Maintenance method of electronic harness
Take the automobile engine electronic harness as an example, the engine electronic harness is generally composed of multiple copper flexible wires inside, and the appearance is wrapped with plastic. The engine is the heart of the car. If the circuit is not good, the working performance of the engine will be affected. When the electronic harness works in the high-temperature engine compartment for a long time, the appearance of the electronic harness cracks and falls off, and the exposed wires will leak electricity.
Due to the mixing of water and impurities in the engine compartment, the electronic harness interface will be oxidized, rusted and turbid, and loose due to bumps, resulting in poor contact. If the situation is serious, it will also cause the vehicle to ignite. How should the engine be maintained? Electronic harness protector is usually used for maintenance of electronic harness.
Its working principle is to form a protective film at the engine wire/battery interface to isolate moisture and avoid oxidation. Due to the characteristics of voltage resistance and insulation, spraying can also delay the aging and cracking of rubber and plastic pipe fittings in the engine room and prevent electric leakage caused by the aging of electronic harness. In addition, the sprayed protective film is not easy to be stained with dust and easy to be wiped, which can keep the cabin clean for a long time.
Pay attention to spraying protective agent for electronic harness
Clean the engine compartment. Remove the dust generated by engine operation and oil sludge and dirt caused by oil evaporation. Wash and dry with clean water at low pressure. Do not use high-pressure water gun during cleaning. For vehicles with long service life and unable to maintain the electronic harness regularly, clean low-pressure clean water carefully. The safe way is to go to the maintenance site and clean it with a professional dust gun.
